Sarah Johnson Sarah is a certified Pilates instructor with over 10 years of experience. She has a background in dance and specializes in helping clients with injuries or chronic pain. Sarah believes in creating a safe and comfortable environment for her clients to achieve their goals.

Samantha Clark Samantha has been practicing Pilates for over 15 years and has been teaching for 8 years. She is passionate about helping clients increase their flexibility, strength, and overall well-being. Samantha brings a positive and energetic attitude to every session.

Taylor Anderson Taylor is a former gymnast and has been practicing Pilates for over 5 years. She enjoys working with clients of all levels and helping them reach their full potential. Taylor believes in creating a fun and challenging workout environment that will leave you feeling accomplished.
